Make a difference in your community! We are seeking a passionate Community Health Nurse to join our outreach program serving underprivileged communities in the Durban area.

• Provide primary healthcare services in community settings
• Conduct health education and promotion activities
• Perform health screenings and assessments
• Administer vaccinations and basic treatments
• Coordinate with community leaders and organizations
• Maintain community health records and reports
• Identify and address public health issues
• Support maternal and child health programs

• Valid SANC registration
• Community health experience preferred
• Valid driver's license essential
• Ability to speak local languages (Zulu preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Cultural sensitivity and awareness
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel within communities

• Diploma in Nursing
• SANC registration
• Community health certification (advantage)
• Valid driver's license
